Sma' Shot Day Paisley Original Painting
£1,040.00Price
The original painted study created for Shaun's large scale Sma’ Shot mural on Neilston Road in Paisley, to mark the 40th anniversary of the revived Sma’ Shot Day celebrations.
The work depicts the procession moving through Paisley. A contemporary interpretation of a tradition rooted in the town’s weaving history, its people and the collective memory carried through generations.
This painting formed the basis for the composition, colour and figures of the final four-storey gable mural.
